Alex Conway is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, then went on to receive his Master of Public Health degree from the George Washington University in 2018. He plans to pursue a career in family medicine, and his research interests include development of quality metrics within the field of pay-for-performance as well as reduction of health disparities.
